The apartment is new adjacent to the sea front, the beach and Fistral. The owner, Sam, makes you feel at home. Moreover, its location is marvellous, in the middle of the city.

The apartment is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable family stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and board games for entertainment. The location is excellent, close to the beach and with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Guests are welcomed with a lovely touch of fresh milk, jam, and scones. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the showers are good. Private parking with a garage for two vehicles is also available.
Bin bags were not provided, which was a minor inconvenience for some guests.

We had an excellent stay at this beachfront apartment. The communication with the host was great and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of fresh milk, jam, and scones upon arrival. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed to keep our kids happy and comfortable. The kitchen and living areas were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The view from the balcony was stunning, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a day at the nearby beaches. we were very impressed and would highly recommend this place to families visiting the area.
No negatives. The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Incredible location with breathtaking views of the bay, mind-blowing comfort and spaciousness, super well-equipped kitchen and living areas, jaw-dropping showers. The little touches like fresh milk, jam, and scones were a fantastic welcome surprise. The responsive host even provided board games for the kids, which was beyond thoughtful. The free wi-fi, free parking, and outdoor dining area made our stay even better. We loved being able to easily access the beach and enjoy activities like hiking, canoeing, and horseback riding nearby. The flat was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family trip to Cornwall.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment at Fistral Beach. Everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation was provided, from well-equipped kitchen and living areas to comfortable beds and good showers. the view from the balcony overlooking the bay was a fantastic addition to our evenings with a glass of wine. the location was perfect, close to the beach and with plenty of space for the four of us. We even had a lovely welcome touch with fresh milk, jam, and scones waiting for us. Highly recommended for families visiting Newquay. Cons: For us, it was ideal! 😊.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The thoughtful gesture of providing scones and cream tea was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including well-equipped kitchen and living areas. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful scenery was a real treat. the proximity to stunning beaches, such as Crantock beach, was a definite advantage.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. We struggled with getting the clothes washer/dryer to work properly, despite following the instructions provided.

The apartment at For The Shore was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It had a cozy living room with a comfy seating area and a dining area where we could enjoy our meals together. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, an oven, and a dishwasher, making it easy for us to prepare our meals. We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which provided enough space and privacy for everyone. The flat-screen TV with cable channels kept us entertained during our downtime. The provided bed linen and towels added an extra touch of convenience to our stay. The electric kettle and microwave were handy for quick snacks and hot beverages. The DVD player was a great addition for our movie nights.
Personally, I found the bathroom showers to be a bit small.
